An annual registration fee is required at the time of enrollment. Students enrolling during designated promotional periods may receive a waiver. Students who discontinue enrollment and later rejoin will be required to pay the registration fee again.
The first 20 students per location receive a registration fee waiver. Families enrolling and completing payment between May and June will receive a registration fee waiver for the upcoming academic year.
Tuition must be paid before the second class. Payment plans include monthly auto-pay, semester(3 months) upfront payment with a 10% discount, for 6 months upfront payment with a 15% discount or full academic year-September to June payment with a 20% discount. Mid-month enrollment will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
A 7-day grace period applies,otherwise late fee will be charged.
New students may attend one complimentary trial class. Trial classes do not guarantee enrollment, as class placement depends on availability. During special promotional periods, additional trial classes may be offered.
Tuition is payable in full regardless of absences. Students with 95% or higher attendance receive recognition at the annual recital.
Make-up classes are provided only for academy-initiated cancellations.
Students may participate in cultural showcases, competitions, and the Annual Recital. Octopus Dance Academy will provide costumes for recitals at no additional charge. A nominal dry-cleaning fee will be collected after each event to maintain costume quality.
Selected students may have the opportunity to work with professional choreographers and perform or be showcased at events featuring Bollywood celebrities, award shows, and prestigious cultural platforms. Participation in such opportunities is subject to selection criteria and availability.
All travel, accommodation, and related expenses are the sole responsibility of the student and family and are not included in tuition or academy fees.
Parents may observe classes during the final five minutes only.
All recital participants receive a trophy of achievement. Certificates and scholarships are awarded annually.
